Final tryouts are April 25th week for current 5th graders. Pre-registration is CLOSED, but walk-ins are welcome. See details below and print off the registration form and waiver. Or read about our phone registration.

PARENTS: Signed waivers are required

To participate in tryouts, each player MUST have a 2011 Fever Tryout Waiver! Parents please plan to stay for information meeting and/or to watch the tryouts.

Phone Pre-registration

Call us at 970-631-9310 and we'll take your information over the phone. We are open special on Monday, April 25th because of tryouts that evening for 5th grade boys. We are also open our typical hours of Tuesday through Thursday from 9 am - 3 pm and Fridays from 9 am - noon.

Paper Registration

On-line registration is CLOSED. Print off two pages - PAPER registration & waiver form and BRING with you to tryouts. If your player is carpooling, MAKE SURE the parent has signed the WAIVER page of the registration and you send check or cash for $15.

Walk-ins are welcome. Bring the form above or we will have some there. As of Friday, April 22nd, we have over 20 pre-registered for 5th grade boys and over 20 pre-registered for 5th grade girls.
